PROJECT MANAGER

Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the relocation management project. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Make and receive marketing calls
  • Make proposal presentations
  • Create documentation and correspondence
  • Create move management schedules/budgets
  • Conduct surveys and collect inventory, etc.
  • Oversee compilation of bid specs
  • Train/supervising move coordinators
  • Assist in office layout and file allocation
  • Supervising movers
  • Problem resolution and Service Requests
  • Maintain written backup of all move phases
  • Coordinate the furniture liquidation process
  • Coordinate post-move debriefing
  • Oversee financial aspects of client work
  • Cost management
  • The ideal candidate is a college grad with 3-5 years business experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of the Macintosh operating system and Microsoft Project is very helpful. Does this sound like you? Send us your resume!
