PROJECT MANAGER
Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the relocation management project. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Make and receive marketing calls
Make proposal presentations
Create documentation and correspondence
Create move management schedules/budgets
Conduct surveys and collect inventory, etc.
Oversee compilation of bid specs
Train/supervising move coordinators
Assist in office layout and file allocation
Supervising movers
Problem resolution and Service Requests
Maintain written backup of all move phases
Coordinate the furniture liquidation process
Coordinate post-move debriefing
Oversee financial aspects of client work
Cost management
The ideal candidate is a college grad with 3-5 years business
experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of the
Macintosh operating system and Microsoft Project is very helpful. Does
