Move Coordinators are chosen by you, from your personnel, and serve as a liaison between your staff and ours.
Move Coordinators perform many critical pre-move, move, and post-move functions, including:
- Keeping your employees informed throughout the moving process
- Working with Freeman and the movers to devise a non-disruptive plan for packing & moving
- Communicating departmental requirements and preferences to facilitate transition
- Ensuring that employees are tagging and packing properly
- Helping with distribution and collection of "Day One" service requests
- And so much more
