No matter how large or small the project, issues that demand attention often arise after the physical move is complete. With the Freeman team at your side, all issues are addressed swiftly, accurately, and completely.

On "Day One" following the move, we provide each employee with custom-designed Service Requests to expedite the resolution of problems by category (computer, furniture, telephone, etc.). We conduct a post-move walk-through and record any problems, omissions and damages in writing and distribute them to the appropriate parties for immediate resolution. We then ensure that movers, carpenters, mechanical workers, technology vendors, and cleaning staff are available to assist in post-move adjustments and cleanup.

Lastly, we review your contractor invoices for accuracy on labor and materials; submit all approved invoices to you with comments and recommendations for payment; and, although rare, we assist in filing insurance claims — should they be necessary.
